New Applications

New shops must first submit their information and have their account approved. 

Retailers must agree to our terms and policies for approval. Revel & Co. reserves the right to stop selling to stores who fail to comply. 

Please note that we do not permit reselling of our products on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Facebook, Instragram or any other online marketplace other than a stand-alone website. Revel & Co. must be listed in the description of all items sold online. 


Orders are billed at the time of shipment. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

We offer NET30 payment terms ONLY to orders processed through our sales representatives. Late payments will accrue 10% interest per month for each month past due. NET30 accounts that are late paying two invoices will lose NET30 terms for one year.


Minimum quantities for products are as follows: wrapping paper sheets: 12 per design; wrapping paper rolls, sticker sheets, printed balloons, unprinted balloons, tissue paper packages, tissue confetti mix and straws: 6 per design; napkins, coasters, ribbon sets and single-color ribbons: 4 per design/color. In order to maintain our wholesale pricing we can make no exceptions to our minimum quantity requirements.


All of our products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Loose ribbons may be displayed in containers or bowls but must retain their label band, and loose sheets of paper may be displayed hanging or rolled. All other products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging; failure to do so may result in account termination. Please contact us with any questions.


Our typical turnaround time is typically 5-7 business days but may be as much as 2 weeks. Please let us know if you would like to request a specific shipping date.

Orders ship from our warehouse in western Colorado. Shipping costs are charged at the time of shipment and will be shown on your final invoice.

Domestic orders ship via FedEx or USPS Priority Mail.

International orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx unless an alternate carrier is requested. International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties and customs fees.

Revel & Co. is not responsible for carrier delays or for loss or damage that occurs during transit. Insurance and/or expedited shipping options are available upon request.


We do our best to keep all of our products in stock, but occasionally a product may be out of stock. We will notify you if an item is backordered and you will have three options: 1) remove the item from your order, 2) hold your order and ship it when complete or 3) ship in-stock items on the original shipping date and ship backordered items as soon as they become available.


Adjustments to your order must be made via phone or email within 24 hours of placing your order. Reductions to your order or cancellations that are requested after 24 hours of placing the order will incur a restocking fee of 20% of the total of the removed items.

Returns or exchanges of wholesale orders are not accepted unless incorrect stock is received. Incorrectly shipped items must be reported by phone or email within 5 days of receipt, and the return must be postmarked within 5 days of reporting. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Refunds are processed via the original form of payment.


Revel & Co. cannot guarantee exclusivity of our products in each retailer’s shopping territory.

Photos on our website or that we may provide to you can only be used to market our products, and credit must be given to Revel & Co. Use of our photographs without proper credit may result in account termination.
