With spring right around the corner and St. Patrick's day just a few weeks away, we're thinking a lot about green these days. So we're kicking off this month with a recipe for one of our favorite desserts: a mint chocolate chip milkshake.
To make, just combine 1/2 cup milk with 1 quart mint chocolate chip ice cream slightly softened at room temperature. Mix by hand if you want to retain the chunkiness of the chocolate chips, or process in a blender until the desired consistency.
Garnish with fresh mint sprigs, chocolate chips, whipped cream, or an extra dollop of ice cream.
